Body Boost 8 Week Class Pass $250 • 16 visits • Experience High Intensity-Interval Training (HIIT) total-body workouts that challenge even the elite athlete. Our safe and effective workouts address the body of the postnatal woman, whether she had her baby 6 months ago or 20 years ago. Body Boost 8 Week Class Pass will give 16 visits over the course of 8 weeks.

Run Club+ 10-Week Training Plan Only $109 • 1 visit • Valid during our 10-week Run Club+ 5k/10k/Half Marathon Training. This pass is an add on training program for individuals with a Fit4Mom Monthly Membership or Valid Class Pass. This can also be for individuals who are not able to attend weekly running sessions but want the accountability and training as a group.

Run Club+ Offers customized training schedules, online coaching, weekly homework, weekly running group workouts, access to Run Club+ Fit4Mom on Demand videos, nutritional guidance, accountability group, and daily check-ins.
