Body Boost 8 Class Pass $129 • 8 visits • Experience High Intensity-Interval Training (HIIT) total-body workouts that challenge even the elite athlete. Our safe and effective workouts address the body of the postnatal woman, whether she had her baby 6 months ago or 20 years ago.

Body Boost 8 Week Class Pass $239 • 16 visits • Experience High Intensity-Interval Training (HIIT) total-body workouts that challenge even the elite athlete. Our safe and effective workouts address the body of the postnatal woman, whether she had her baby 6 months ago or 20 years ago. Body Boost 8 Week Class Pass will give 16 visits over the course of 8 weeks.

Run Club $89 • 1 visit • Run Club Pass provides a detailed run training program, access to our private group with daily tips, motivation and moral support, access to our Video On Demand library for runners, and individual coaching and accountability. This pass can be combined with an existing membership or pass and is available to those wanting to participate in the group but are unable to make our Sunday morning workouts.

Run Club+360 $189 • 16 visits • Run Club+360 gives you access to two classes per week, 16 classes in 8 weeks. You can attend any Run Club training on Sunday or Strides 360 class our 8-week Run Club Training Program.
