Body Well is about the journey, meeting you where you are & challenging you to grow. This 5-week mini session includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts, and weekly challenges to help you make healthy choices, manage stress and sleep better. During the 5-week Body Well Mini Session, you will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way through various challenges and weekly focuses around overall wellbeing.

This 5-week mini session is designed to help you get stronger, healthier, and more confident with classes every Tuesday and Thursday at 9:30 AM as well of 1 additional cross-training class of your choice with FIT4MOM North San Antonio. With a focus on fitness, nutrition, and self-care, you'll transform your body and mindset in a supportive community of moms.
